Biking Paths
The bike paths on Kiawah Island are beautiful displays of the area’s natural landscape. Follow boardwalks through maritime forests and paved trails past palmettos, wildlife, and marshes. While riding around the island, you can stop by the Heron Park Nature Center in the Night Heron Park to learn more about the animals that inhabit the island. If you get tired of following the paved bike trails, you can head towards Beachwalker Park and cruise over 10 miles of beautiful white sand.
Other Places to Visit while Biking on Kiawah Island
Though our stunning island may be its own secluded oasis, there are plenty places to see while biking around. After you’ve visited Night Heron Park, you can stop by Mingo Point, an outdoor recreational area right on the marsh. Catch a glimpse of the island from above when you ride over to Marsh Island Park and climb to the top of the lookout town.
